How long is processing and shipping?

Current processing times are 3-5 business days (10/14/2020).  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service three times per week (M-W-F). 

Can I reuse my jar, what should I do to clean it?

Yes, you can reuse your jar! That was actually one of the ideas behind the art on the jars, it looks good so you don’t mind repurposing it for something else. To reuse your jar you can place the whole jar into the oven on 200 degrees  for a few minutes to liquify the remaining wax and to remove the wick tab. Once the wax is liquified you can pour it into a wax melter so you get every single drop or you can throw it in the trash. Once you remove the liquified wax you can take warm soapy water to clean out any remaining wax from the jar. There are endless possibilities for repurposing these jars! I don’t like this scent may I return or exchange it?

Yes we want to get you a candle you’ll love! Just shoot us an email to orders@12thglow.com and we can get the process started. You can return undamaged, unused items within 10 days of receipt. Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

My item arrived broken, what should I do?

In case of a damaged item during shipment, take a picture and please reach out to USPS to file a claim. Proof of damage claim allows us to send you out a new item or offer a refund. Once you file your claim email us at orders@12thglow.com.

My package was lost or stolen, what should I do?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to USPS for all lost or stolen packages to file a claim. Once you file your claim email us at orders@12thglow.com.
